The Bride’s family home on Martha’s Vineyard made the perfect setting for their wedding
September 9th, 2023 was the perfect day for Alex and Quinn to share their big day with their loved ones.
Alex grew up visiting Martha’s Vineyard at her family’s home, making the Island an extra special place to share with Quinn and their loved ones when it was time to get married.
Getting ready
The Groom and his groomsmen got ready at West Chop Club.
First Look
Once they were ready, the bride and groom chose to share a private “first look” before their ceremony, savoring an intimate moment exclusively for themselves.
Ceremony
The lawn provided the perfect backdrop for each guest to watch Alex and Quinn get married. They were married by their close friend, Ryan (which is easy to do in Massachusetts, read more here).
Cocktail Hour
The bride and groom chose to head to their cocktail hour at West Chop Club in style, opting for a black convertible Mini Cooper.
Cocktail hour was on the lawn of the Cedars building. Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres served by Little Rock Farm.
Reception
After cocktail hour, the reception was under a Sperry tent from Big Sky Tent and Rentals. The Bride made her centerpieces with the help of her family members with flowers supplied from Morning Glory Farm. Morning Glory grows all their flowers locally on their 7 acre farm in West Tisbury.
First Dances
Next, it was time for the couple’s first dance. They dance to Electric Love, by Børns.
Then, Alex danced with her Dad.
Next, Quinn danced with his mother.
Finally, it was time for all guests to join the dancefloor!
Cake Cutting
Lastly, the bride and groom cut their cake from Black Dog Bakery.
Sunset Photos
The bride and groom snuck away from their reception for a short moment to enjoy some of the best sunset views the Island has to offer.
