Drawing on Jamie's background in architecture, we don't simply assemble inspiration images and hope they'll work together in the room. We design the experience.

We study the property, guest flow, scale, sightlines, lighting, furnishings, florals, color, texture, and the way each space transitions into the next. Then we bring those ideas to life through detailed floor plans, curated design boards, and 3D renderings that allow you to step inside your wedding before it exists.
You'll see how the tent feels with your tables in place. How the bar relates to the dance floor. How your florals, linens, lighting, and furnishings work together. How guests will experience the space.
The result isn't a collection of beautiful details. It's one cohesive celebration, thoughtfully designed around you and the people you've brought together.

Wedding Coordination does not include the comprehensive design development of Full Service, such as design boards and 3D renderings.
It's ideal for couples who feel confident developing their own aesthetic and don't need us to design the celebration from the ground up.
But when it comes to guidance? We're here.

Our team takes the lead on site so the person who spent months planning every detail doesn't have to spend her wedding day managing any of them.

We can review contracts and proposals before they're signed, make trusted vendor introductions, help maintain your budget and timeline, answer questions as they arise, and get to know the celebration you're creating along the way.
So when your wedding day arrives, we aren't showing up to learn your plans.

With years of experience producing events on Martha's Vineyard, Island Dreams can serve as your local planning and consulting partner. We help you understand what the property requires, what needs to come from off-Island, which local partners can execute your vision, and the logistical considerations that are easy to overlook when you've never produced an event here before.
Our architectural background adds another layer to that expertise. We can evaluate a space, develop layouts and floor plans, think through guest flow and production needs, and use 3D visualization to help your team understand what the event will require before installation begins.
